Machining
LumiVisions elements seldom standalone and are usually an integrated part of a larger set up. In many cases, mechanical preparation of our products is required. Whether it is drilling, shaping, milling or cutting, our machining center can prepare the parts for your installation.

Struttura Sheets
Chemical composition: PMMA (Polymethylmethacrylat)
Properties: high light transmittance, UV-resistance, optical clearness, brilliant but tough surface, weatherproof, specific gravity (density): 1,19 kg/dm³
Standard thickness (incl. structure):
Struttura„Light“ 3-6 mm (dependent on structure)
Struttura„Deco“ 4-8 mm (dependent on structure)
Tolerances in accordance with DIN EN ISO 7823-2
3 mm to 8 mm = – 0,3 mm +1,5 mm (dependent on structure)
Sheet size
Standard: L 2.500 x W 1.100 mm, different lengths upon request
Tolerances: Length: ± 10 mm, Width: + 10 mm to + 40 mm
STRUTTURA sheets have generally untrimmed edges and carry a protective foil on their unstructured side.
Cutting to size
Tolerances in accordance with DIN EN ISO 7823-2
Length or width up to 1.100 mm: ± 1,5 mm
Length 1.100 mm up to 2.000 mm: ± 3,0 mm
Length 2.000 mm up to 3.000 mm: ± 4,5 mm
*Due to material related reasons no tolerance can be given for the evenness of the sheets.
Colors
• Standard: clear
• Color extruded (Minimum volume 2,0 tons)
• Color coated, single sheets possible
Within the production process no exact color match can be guaranteed due to technical reasons. Small color variations therefore cannot be entirely ruled out.
Safety
Fire resistance meets the requirements of DIN 4102 – B2
„standard inflammable, no burning drips“.
