Anti-Fog LV Coat℠
is a permanent hard coat that works by causing moisture that condenses on the surface to spread invisibly, rather than forming droplets [goggles, visors, mirrors].
Anti-Condensation LV Coat℠
Anti condensation coatings are generally used on the interior of lenses (gauge, marine, ATV, heavy equipment) and face shields that see extreme temperature changes which cause fogging or condensation to form on the interior surface.

| Forming: | Coated product can be thermoformed. Substrate thickness and film thickness will control the maximum elongation and bend radius. |
| Sample preparation: | A 6" x 6" polycarbonate panel was cleaned with isopropanol then blown off with an ionizing air gun. The sample was dip coated in AF90 and allowed to flash off for 15 minutes then cured at 265U F for 60 minutes. |

| Sample preparation: | A flat polycarbonate panel was cleaned with isopropanol and then blown off with an ionizing air gun. The panel was then processed by flow coating. After curing the panel was tested for the above properties. |
